High quality fine art prints from a digital source using inkjet spray printing. This printing process is one of the revolutions of digital photography. Current data predicts these prints to have an archival life of 70 years or more in good conditions. We print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm Matt FineArt paper and Hahnemühle 310 gsm Satin paper.

Hand printed silver print:

Silver prints are traditionally printed in the darkroom by the photographer from the original negative on Ilford Multigrade RC paper or equivalent and selenium toned. Silver prints will last 100 years or more in good conditions. The print pages of our website show the types of print available for each image.

All prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document contains important information about your print including edition (if applicable), artist, print type, and year of production.

Signed prints are signed by the photographer typically on the front of the print just below and to the right of the image.

Gallery edition prints are marked with the UrbanImage stamp and are numbered to show the gallery edition number of that print and total limited gallery edition size of 125. The photographer may in the future make additional copies available for sale. These copies will not be part of the UrbanImage limited gallery edition.

Limited edition prints are numbered (and signed) by the photographer to show the unique number of that print and the total edition size. For example 6/25 is the 6th print and only 25 prints will ever be made available. Once an edition is sold out only prints for exhibitions will be made and these will not be for sale.

All prints should be kept away from direct sunlight and out of damp and humid conditions. Prints should be stored in acid free tissue paper and framed in an acid free mount. Only the edge of the print should be handled and you should not touch the image itself.

Natural frames are made from real oak wood with a barefaced (unstained) finish and a flat shaped profile measuring 20mm (0.8") across the face with a rebate depth of 9mm.

Dark frames are black coloured moldings, made from real ayous wood with a stain finish and a flat shaped profile, measuring 18mm (0.7") across the face and a rebate depth of 10mm.

Frames have high quality acrylic safety glazing as standard.

The sizes in the product descriptions are approximate overall sizes. In the case of prints the width and height of the image will typically be 4” less than that of the paper. This is to allow prints to be mounted and framed. On the print pages of our website you can choose the size of your print. The size refers to the size of the paper and the size of the image on the paper will be smaller. Sizes are given as a guide only and every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay process our online payments and you will be transferred to their website to make your payment. You can order and pay online by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo or JCB We do not retain your details. This means that you will need to resubmit this information when you place a further order on this website. Prices include tax, if applicable.

Delivery is an additional flat rate charge regardless of the number or weight of the items ordered.

Delivery to the United Kingdom is £8.95. Overseas delivery is £19.95.

Framed prints are packaged in bubble wrap and covered in brown packing paper. Prints are rolled in acid free tissue paper and placed in a rigid tube.

We will email you when your products are ready for dispatch.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, or it has been damaged in transit, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 10 days. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending upon availability.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
